Rowing Posts 11 Top-Five Finishes at Long Beach Christmas Regatta

The Brophy Rowing program closed the fall season with 11 top-five finishes while recording five medalists at the Long Beach Christmas Regatta held at the Long Beach Marine Stadium.
Senior Ian O’Rilety won the Men’ A Single race, while juniors Jesus Turietta and Joe Mansour took second in the Men’s Uncer 17 A Double.
The Broncos also received three bronze medals including Noah Sunshine in the Men’s C Single, seniors Will Carter and Hayden Penn in the Men's Pair and Carter, Penn, juniors Jack Bagby and Ronin Patel in the Men’s C Quad.

  • Brody Jennings 3rd - Men's Under 17 A Single (bronze)
  • Will Carter, Hayden Penn 4th - Men's Pair
  • Michael Gonzales, Brody Buchanan, Luke Chakmakian, Nate Crooks 2nd (silver)
  • Will Carter, Hayden Penn 4th - Men's Double
  • Jesus Turietta, Joe Mansour 2nd - Men's Under 17 A Double (silver)
  • Cooper LaVoy, Quincy Sweet 4th - Men's Under 17 C Double
  • Gabe Tiano, Jack Nidiffer 4th - Men's Under 16 A Double
  • Noah Sunshine, Max Marshall, Luca Flamino, Joe Mansour 4th - Men's A Quad
  • Will Carter, Hayden Penn, Jack Bagby, Ronin Patel 3rd - Men's C Quad (bronze)
