Report student absences by 8:30 a.m. through the myBrophy portal.

| What if my son or someone else in my household is sick? |
| Please fill out and submit the Absence Reporting Form through the Parent Portal in myBrophy. |
| What if my son needs to miss class for any reason (e.g. appointment, travel, other)? |
| Parents should report any planned absences for their son(s) through the Parent Portal in myBrophy at least two school days prior to the date of the absence. Students who are absent from school for any planned absences are required to email their teacher(s) at least two school days prior to the date of the absence for any class period that is missed in order to coordinate making up missing work. Failure to communicate an attendance issue will result in the student receiving an infraction. |
| What if my son is going to be late to school? Shouldn't I just call? |
| No, please complete and submit the Absence Reporting Form through the Parent Portal in myBrophy, and remind your son he must report to the Dean's Office as soon as he arrives on campus and before he goes to class. |
Mass Dress
Students are required to wear Mass Dress for all-school Masses, Awards Assemblies, and other designated events.

For all-school Masses and designated special events, including the Awards Assembly, students are required to wear Mass Dress.
Please note: Hooded sweatshirts are not permitted on Mass Dress days. |
