A Brophy education is rooted in a Jesuit tradition that has, for nearly 500 years, sought to make exceptional education accessible to all qualified students.
Whether you're applying to Brophy or already part of our community, this page brings together everything you need to understand tuition, billing, payment options, financial assistance, and Arizona scholarship programs.
Tuition
| 2026-27 Tuition |
Tuition for the 2026-27 school year is $22,750. |
| Registration & Deposit |
To complete registration for the 2026-27 school year, families must submit an $80 new student fee and a $500 nonrefundable deposit. The deposit will be credited toward the tuition balance. Registration opens Feb. 17, 2026, and should be completed by Thursday, March 12, 2026. Families applying for financial assistance must complete registration before their application will be considered. |
Financial Assistance
| Need-Based Financial Assistance | ||||||||
Brophy offers need-based financial assistance to help make a Brophy education accessible for qualified students. Financial information is verified through FACTS Tuition Management, which helps assess a family's ability to pay tuition. The Grant-In-Aid Program offers a monetary award applied directly to tuition. MacBook Air Assistance may also be available for incoming freshmen and transfer students who qualify for Grant-In-Aid assistance. Financial assistance applications are confidential and not shared outside of the Brophy Financial Aid Committee. The deadline to apply for financial assistance is April 15. | ||||||||

| Divorced and Separated Parents | ||||||||
Divorced or separated parents must submit a copy of their court-approved divorce settlement or separation agreement to the Admissions Office during the registration process. Both parents are required to provide the necessary information to complete the financial aid application. If unique or extenuating circumstances affect a parent's financial responsibilities, the Business Office will refer to these legal documents. |
STO & ESA Programs
| School Tuition Organizations and Arizona ESA | ||||
Many Brophy families use Arizona School Tuition Organization scholarships or Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Accounts to help manage the cost of tuition. Important: Arizona law does not allow a student to receive both ESA funding and STO scholarships during the same academic year. Families should choose the funding path that best meets their needs. |
FACTS Tuition Management
| Billing Through FACTS | ||
FACTS manages tuition billing and payment plans for Brophy families. FACTS accounts include tuition and incidental charges, including MacBooks, athletic fees, club or activity fees, and immersion trip fees. FACTS is also used for financial assistance applications. Any 2025-26 BEAST credit balances will be transferred into FACTS by Aug. 31, 2026. |
Additional Assistance Options
| Independent Community Scholarships |
| Additional scholarship opportunities may be available through community organizations, foundations, churches, and service groups. |
