To request a transcript, please:

1. Complete the Transcript Request Form

2. Submit the form with a copy of your ID (Email, mail, or fax accepted)

Important:

• Requests cannot be processed without a completed form and ID

• Transcripts are free for alumni

• Sent via standard mail (U.S. only)

• Please allow 2 business days for processing
