  • > Important information regarding student billing

For the 2025-2026 School Year: We will be using our new system, Veracross, for all student billing. Great news – you recently used Veracross to complete your son's registration for 2025-26, so you will continue to use Veracross for billing and payments related to the 2025-26 school year.

For the Remainder of the 2024-25 School Year (including Summer School, except for Incoming Freshmen): We will continue to use the FACTS system for all student billing matters.  Once 2024-2025 accounts are fully closed out, you will not make payments through FACTS, and will transition over to Veracross.
  • > Tuition for 2025-2026

Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year has been approved by the Board of Trustees and has been set at $21,100.
  • > Veracross Tuition Management

Tuition payments for 2025-2026 and going forward will be processed by Veracross Tuition Management Co. This is a new tuition management system that will replace FACTS next year, and information concerning how to set up your 2025-2026 tuition account in the Veracross system will be communicated during the registration process.

Please Note: Your son will be considered registered for the 2025-2026 school year once the Business Office has been notified that his registration is complete, and the deposit of $500 has been paid in Veracross. These items are to be completed no later than Thursday, March 13.
  • > Financial Aid Applications

Applications for financial aid will continue to be administered through FACTS. Please note that the school registration process must be completed in Veracross before a financial aid application will be processed in FACTS. You will find the FACTS financial aid application by logging into your FACTS account. The application will be on the right-hand side under FACTS Grant & Aid. The deadline for submitting financial aid applications with no fees is Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Late applications will be accepted; however a $35 application fee will be assessed after April 15. Award decisions will be communicated as applications are completed and verified; award decisions cannot be made without submission of your 2024 tax return. The sooner the application is completed and verified, the sooner families will receive their award decisions.
  • > Registration

Brophy will use the Continuous Enrollment Agreement for Registration. This agreement will be embedded within the school registration process in Veracross. The following will provide additional information regarding Continuous Enrollment:

    What is Continuous Enrollment?

Continuous Enrollment is a common-sense approach which is followed by almost all colleges and universities and is being adopted by many private schools nationwide.

Rather than an opt-IN annual re-enrollment process, Continuous Enrollment is an opt-OUT process. In other words, if your son is returning to Brophy every year after initially enrolling, you will never have to worry about re-enrolling.

Continuous Enrollment depends upon paying the deposit – due Saturday, March 15, which serves to hold your son’s place in his class. If the deposit is not paid by Saturday, March 15, that place is deemed available and may be filled by an in-coming transfer student.

As part of the Continuous Enrollment process, families sign an enrollment form which includes the following points:
    • The family hereby opts into Continuous Enrollment. This means the family’s son(s) enrolled at Brophy will continue to be enrolled at Brophy every year until they graduate or the family informs Brophy otherwise.
    • The family must sign a Continuous Enrollment Agreement for each student attending Brophy College Prep.
    • The deposit, which serves to hold the student(s) place in their class, will be drawn from the family’s Veracross tuition account on March 15 each year.
    • If the family un-enrolls their son(s) after March 15 the deposit is not refundable.
  • > ESA Program

Information for the ESA Program can be found here. At this time you can choose to either have the money sent directly to Brophy via Direct Pay to Vendor or reimbursement to yourself. Please be advised, for any tuition payment that was made between Tuesday, July 1 and Friday, Sept. 12, 2024, ESA funds must be sent directly to Brophy using the Direct Pay option. Please note that families must choose to participate in either the ESA program or the STO Program each school year. For questions please contact Abby Kerkhove.

    Calling All Bronco Dads
Welcome all Brophy Dads! We are a group of Dads who want to be involved in the Brophy experience including Tailgate Barbecues, and other social and school events! If you have a son at Brophy, then you are automatically a member of Dads Club! Lifetime Members support Dads Club expenses, campus donations and improvements. Lifetime members get a stylish Red Dads Club polo shirt and a digital id card that admits them and one other person into regular season home games and events for life -even after your son graduates. Consider joining as a Lifetime Member!
