The 47,000-square-foot complex includes a practice gym, wrestling gym, running track, two golf simulators, weight room, fitness center and student lounges, as well as locker rooms, classrooms and a conference room. When The Dutch opened in January 2017, it was recognized in the press as a facility that "rivals major colleges."

The Dutch Strength and Conditioning Facilities

The Dutch weight room is one of the most fully equipped high school weight rooms in the country, with a full-time strength and conditioning coach who oversees the program. Athletes and non-athletes benefit from having a carefully monitored strength and fitness program on campus.
