Choosing a high school is an important decision. Our admissions process is an opportunity for us to get to know your family and for you to experience Brophy firsthand. We hope your time on campus gives you a true sense of what it means to be part of the Brophy community.

More Than an Application

We look beyond grades and test scores to understand each applicant as a whole person. Throughout the admissions process, we consider a young man's character, interests, potential, and readiness to engage in the opportunities and challenges of a Brophy education.

Incoming Freshmen

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Create your account and begin the admissions process.

Step 2: Complete your Application

Fill out required forms and submit your materials.

Step 3: Experience Brophy

Families are encouraged to explore Brophy through tours, shadow days, Open House, and other opportunities throughout the year.

Step 4: Take HSPT Exam

Complete required testing as part of your application.

Step 5: Submit Supporting Materials

Transcripts, recommendations, video, and other required documents.

Step 6: Decision and Enrollment

Decisions are released in February.

Step 7: Enrollment

Transfer Students

Transfer to Brophy (Incoming Sophomores and Juniors)

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Create your account and begin the admissions process.

Step 2: Complete your Application

Fill out required forms and submit your materials.

Step 3: Pay Application Fee

$60 application fee (waived if you applied the previous year—contact Admissions for code)

Step 4: Submit Transcripts

Download the Transcript Request Form and provide it to your current school.

Step 5: Create your Admissions Video

Maximum length: 2 minutes
Be authentic and genuine

Your video should include:

Introduction (name, school, grade)
What experiences and qualities will help you succeed at Brophy?
How would your teachers describe you?
Upload directly or share via link if file exceeds size limit.

Step 6: Interview

Schedule a 20-minute interview (in person or virtual) in April or May.

Step 7: Decision

Decisions are released beginning in late May.

All application materials are due May 1, 2027
