Wrestling Records Strong Liberty Classic Performances
The Brophy wrestling team went 5-2 at the 11th Annual Liberty Classic on Friday and Saturday with wins over Highland, Valley Vista, Rancho Bernardo, Sunnyslope, and Kofa, while advancing three wrestlers into the finals. Sophomores Josh Finch-Logan and Blake Sweetman won individual titles, while sophomore Adam Adgulo was second in his class. Junior Jackson Sweetman was fifth and Rowdy Benear placed sixth.
The Broncos host their first home match on Wednesday against Carl Hayden, Cesar Chavez, and Gila Ridge.
