Golf Takes Lead at Brophy Invitational after 18 Holes
The golf team leads the Brophy Invitational by 25 strokes after a team score of seven-under-par score of 277 in the first round. The Broncos hold five of the top six spots in the individual field. Round 2 at 1 pm on Tuesday. Junior Tyler Spielman (67), senior Charlie Palmer (69) and senior Trevor Karber (70) all shot under par on the first 18 holes and sit atop the standings. Sophomore Nicolas Lyman is fifth overall with a 71. The second and final round will be contested today at 1 p.m.
