Golf Alum Boenning ‘25 Wins Junior World Championship
Brophy alum Dylan Boenning ‘25 won the Uswing Mojing Junior World Championship on Thursday. Boenning, a Washington State signee, shot 71-72-71 for a three-round total of two-under par 214 at the Torrey Pines South course to win the 15-18 division.
He edged two players by one stroke, including Ben Friedman (Mill Valley, Calif.) and Ethan Butters (Perry HS/Chandler, Ariz.).
His winning round included five birdies, including a birdie on the 15th hole that provided the margin of victory.
