2026 AIA State Tennis Tournament Field Announced

Freshman Samir Sumar and sophomore Brendan Linstrom are seeded in the AIA State Championship singles bracket set to begin on May 1. Play begins Friday at 8:45 a.m. at the Phoenix Tennis Center, with round two at 2:30 p.m.

Sumar is the No. 3 seed, while Linstrom is seeded at No. 5. Linstrom reached the semifinals in the 2025 doubles draw with junior Haan Lee, who will play with junior Layton Fincham in the doubles draw. They are the No. 6 seed. Sophomore brothers Lev and Ezekiel Jaffee also qualified for the doubles draw set to start at 10 a.m.
