Swimming’s Noah Swetlishoff Commits to Franklin and Marshall College

Brophy senior Noah Swetlishoff has committed to swimming and attending school at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. The Diplomats compete in the NCAA Division III Centennial Conference.

“I am looking forward to the camaraderie,” said Swetlishoff. “Swimming has been such a big part of my life; it is a blessing to be able to continue.”

He will compete for Head Coach Ben Delia and Assistant Coach Lauren Myers.

“I was impressed with their openness and support,” said Swetlishoff, who plans to study marketing. “The school reached out to me, and we went from there.”

During Ben Delia’s tenure at F&M, the Diplomats have produced 121 All-Centennial Conference (CC) Team recipients, while capturing 59 gold medals at the CC Championship meet. His swimmers have also performed well on the national stage, with the men’s team earning 47 All-America accolades.

Swetlishoff was a three-year letterwinner and an All-Academic selection during his Brophy career. He swam at the 2025 AIA Division I State Championships in the 100 freestyle, placing 16th overall in 49.27.

“It was pretty special to be able to swim at the state meet,” said Swetlishoff.

He helped the Broncos to the 2025 AIA Division I State Championship.

“Noah Swetlishoff has been one of our senior leaders for the team this past season. He has made a concerted effort to get to know the underclassmen and make them feel like a part of the team,” said Head Coach Patrick O’Neill. “He is a hard-working swimmer who has the ability to take minor stroke corrections and incorporate them into his workout. Noah has been a positive influence on this team. He is a passionate competitor who loves the thrill of the race. We wish him luck next year at Franklin and Marshall.”

He also swims for the Phoenix Swim Club national team squad under Coach Darian Townsend. He recently set a personal best at the Four Corners Speedo Sectional Championships in the 200 IM and placed fourth in the 100-yard freestyle.

“I met a lot of people through Brophy swimming and have been able to grow through the program,” said Swetlishoff.

He has also been a member of Red and White and Key Club. He has volunteered with Sports Medicine.
