Football’s Cort Ostendorf Named to NFF Scholar-Athlete Team of Distinction

Four Football Student-Athletes were honored at the 42nd Annual Scholar Athlete Awards Banquet presented by the National Football Foundation Valley of the Sun Chapter. Senior Cort Ostendorf was named to the Scholar-Athlete Team of Distinction, while Connor Young, Samuel Williams, and Holden Wilson were selected to the National Football Foundation Blue Ribbon Team. Brophy was the only school with four recipients.

Ostendorf has a 4.42 cumulative GPA and has been a Sports360AZZ All-Academic selection, an Eagle Scout, a member of the Effective Altruism Club, Brophy Science Journal, Big Brothers, and served as an intern with the Creighton School of Medicine.
The event was held at  Wild Horse Pass Resort in Chandler.
