Golf’s Miller Second Overall at Brophy Wins Dobson Classic
Brophy won the two-day Dobson Classic on Thursday, and sophomore Hank Miller was tied for second overall after a six-under par 66.
The Broncos led after the first round by one stroke and edged Catalina Foothills by one stroke on Thursday after a strong finish to the second round with a combined five-under-par on the 18th hole. Miller eagled the hole to complete his round, while Mateo Berastegui, Jack Langbein, and Jack Abraham each birdied the final hole. Berastegui was 12th overall after a 68. Jack Langbein was 18th after his 69, while Jack Abraham was 28th overall after carding a 71. Blake Brislin shot a 73 to finish 44th overall.
