Volleyball is the No. 6 Seed in the AIA 6A Conference Playoffs

The Brophy volleyball team was chosen as the No. 6 seed in the AIA 6A Conference Tournament and will host No. 11 Sunnyslope on Friday at 6 p.m. at Robson Gym. The rest of the field includes No. 1 Perry hosting No. 16 Boulder Creek, No. 8 Williams Field hosting Mountain View, Mesa, No. 5 Chandler hosting No. 12 Hamilton, and No. 4 Higley taking on No. 13 Red Mountain.

Brophy’s side of the bracket includes No. 3 Casteel hosting Millennium, with the Brophy-Sunnyslope winner meeting in the quarterfinals. No. 7 Sandra Day O’Connor will host No. 10 Westwood, and No. 2 Highland will host No. 15 Mountain Ridge.

The quarterfinals are set for May 16, the semifinals on May 15, and the final on May 17 at Skyline High School. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students.
