myBrophy Launches with New Community Portal, Revamped Website

If you have visited Brophy’s website, www.brophyprep.org in the last two weeks, you likely noticed a brand new look and structure. This is part of the launch of our “myBrophy” online system. myBrophy is an online portal which allows students and parents to view schedules, grades, and attendance, as well as view news and information about school activities and sports. Personalized information relevant to current students and parents should now be accessed through myBrophy. myBrophy features much more robust capabilities than Netclassroom, our old online grade system.

To access myBrophy, click the “myBrophy Login” link at the top of www.brophyprep.org. Parents should login with the username and password they used while registering for this year’s classes. If you forgot your login information, click “Forgot Login” to have a reset link emailed to you. Please note that link expires after two hours.

Once in the myBrophy system you will be able to use the tabs along the top of the page to see a class schedule, grades, attendance, conduct, a calendar, and more. You can also access important news and resources through the tabs. There is not a separate myBrophy app for your mobile device, but the site itself is responsive to any device on which you are viewing it, whether a computer, iPad, or phone.

Brophy still utilizes our online learning management system, Canvas. While myBrophy is used to see things like grades and attendance, Canvas is used to see actual course content, including what is due, what is happening in class on any given day, and what a student’s homework is. Because assignments will most commonly be added to myBrophy after the work is already turned in and graded, students and parents should rely on Canvas to find out what is due and what is going on in class. Parents do not have a separate account for Canvas and should use their son’s login information.

There are some important notes about settings in the new system below. If you have any questions about access, please email Assistant Principal for Technology Mr. Mica Mulloy or call or email Registrar Ms. Shawna Khan, (602) 264-5291, ext. 6531.
