Rowing Results from SoCal Cup

Congratulations to Brophy Rowing on an outstanding showing at the SoCal Cup Invitational in Long Beach, California. Despite racing through a rainstorm during the morning events, the team delivered an impressive series of performances:
  • 2nd Place – Men’s Pair: Quincy Sweet and Brody Jennings
  • 3rd Place – U16 Double: Colin Hensler and Leo Zou
  • 3rd Place – U17 Quad: Aden Sulit, Luke Nigro, Lucas Crooks, and Beckham Belaski
  • 3rd Place – U17A Double: Lucas Crooks and Beckham Belaski
  • 3rd Place – U17B Double: Aden Sulit and Jackson Jennings
  • 2nd Place – U17C Double: Nolan Butkiewicz and Colby Entringer
  • 3rd Place – U17C Double: Luke Nigro and Dean Moseke
  • 2nd Place – Men’s Single: Quincy Sweet
A special shout-out to Nolan Butkiewicz, Colby Entringer, Luke Nigro, and Dean Moseke for earning both 2nd- and 3rd-place finishes in the U17C Double event.
Brophy Crew will next compete at the USRowing Southwest Regional Championships in Sacramento, California, May 1–3. Go Broncos!
