World Champion Archer Alexis Ruiz Joins Brophy Archery Staff
Alexis Ruiz, a world champion archer, has recently been added to the staff of the Brophy Archery program. She joins as an advisor with Coach Lisa Fischer on the mental management staff, focusing on the team’s tournament mental game.
“Alexis Ruiz is the real deal. She is a fierce competitor who has a resume that any archer would envy,” said Head Coach Scott Wagy. “Brophy Archery is thrilled to bring her on as a mental management advisor. Once an athlete reaches the level Alexis has, how she performs on a world stage boils down to her mental preparation. Her insight and experience will be invaluable for our boys not just on the range, but as they move forward into college and beyond.”
