32 schools participate at three sites competing in 64 games over four days
CHANDLER, Ariz. – The 16th Annual Visit Mesa Basketball Challenge (VMBC) returns to Mesa, Ariz. with this year’s event scheduled for December 27-30 at Mountain View, Red Mountain, and Westwood High Schools. Sanctioned by the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) and the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), the tournament is, traditionally, save-the-date worthy with intense competition, high-level players, respected coaches, and fantastic spectator support.
In addition to 17 schools from Arizona participating, the VMBC will feature, once again, schools from across the country. The following states outside of Arizona will be represented: California (6), Utah (3), Texas (2), Washington (2), Nevada (1), and Oregon (1).
