Ninety-Seven Broncos Named to Sports360AZ 2023 All-Academic Spring Teams 

Brophy College Preparatory was represented by 97 student-athletes from the baseball, tennis, track & field and volleyball teams on the Sports360AZ 2023 All-Academic Spring Teams announced on Wednesday. Overall, 46 students earned first-team honors for having a 4.00 or better grade point average. All varsity students with a 3.00 grade point average or better were nominated.
 
For twelve years, Sports360AZ has been committed to acknowledging the best and brightest student-athletes in Arizona. The Sports360AZ All-Academic Spring Sports Teams are brought to you by IBEW Local 640, Desert Financial Credit Union, Venezia’s Pizzeria, San Tan Ford and Valle Luna Mexican restaurants to recognize the excellence of student-athletes not only in competition but in the classroom as well. 
 
Track and Field garnered 48 recognitions including 19 first-team choices with a 4.00 or better GPA. Baseball had 21 honorees with seven first-team selections, while volleyball had 15 overall with 10 first-team selections. The tennis team had 10 first-team selections and three honorable mentions.
