The Brophy Bronco Golf team played AMAZING golf at the Dobson Classic on Wednesday and Thursday, finishing one stroke out of first place to a powerhouse Hamilton Huskies team, shooting a combined score of 20 under par 556 over the two day tournament. The Broncos edged a talented Pinnacle team by two strokes overall and Arcadia by 13 strokes as a team, with five Broncos posting individual rounds under par over the two days. The Dobson Classic was host to 23 DI and DII schools at Dobson Ranch Golf Course in Mesa. Senior Noah Nuez led the Broncos with a two-day score of 137, -7. Junior Jack Dozer was -4for the tournament with two eagles on day two, and Junior Michael Kuhl was -3with an eagle on Thursday. Senior Cameron Kaiser shot -2 over two days and Sophomore Charlie Palmer posted a -2 on day one of the event.
