Senior Dylan Boenning shot a four-under-par 32 to win medalist honors and lead Brophy to a win over Sunnsyslope, Desert Vista and Vista Grande in the season opener at Phoenix Country Club.
Brophy posted a three-under-par 141, as all four players posted rounds of 39 or better. Boenning carded his 32 behind five birdies over the first six holes to record his second-best nine-hole score and earn his second career medalist honor.

The Broncos counted a 39 for their fourth score as sophomore Evan Tyree and junior Jack Abraham posted three-over-par rounds.
