Soccer to Play in SoCal College Showcase at Chapman University

The Brophy soccer program will play in the 2024 Socal College Showcase at Chapman University starting Friday. The Broncos will open with Loyola High School from Los Angeles at 2 p.m. (3 p.m. Arizona time).

The field for the three-day event includes Bellarmine College Prep (San Jose, Calif.), Cathedral (Los Angeles), De La Salle (Concord, Calif.), Harvard Westlake (Studio City, Calif.), Orange Lutheran (Orange, Calif.), Servite (Anaheim, Calif.), St. Augustine (San Diego) and Whitney (Rocklin, Calif.).

Brophy will also play Cathedral at 6 p.m. (7 p.m. in Arizona) on Saturday and Orange Lutheran at 2 p.m. (3 p.m. in Arizona) on Monday, Dec. 30th.

Brophy is 6-2-1 on the season. Brophy won on the road to close the semester with a 3-0 win at O’Connor. The Broncos got goals from Jack Coury (Jack Quinn assist), Sonny Coury (Nico McGalla assist), and Nico McGalla (unassisted).
