Hayes Chambers and Marlon Chambers won the 100 and 200 meters among seven event winners in the opening dual meet with Saguaro and Chaparral. The Broncos out-scored their competitors with 87 points in the opening meet.
Renzo Moran won the 800 meters (2:06.40), and Henry Walters took the 1600 meters (5:42.57). James Chester took the pole vault with a 10-6 clearance, and Ryder Noche won the long jump at 21-0 feet. Rylan Umphrey jumped 20-11 to finish second.
Thatcher Wilson won the triple jump with a best of 39-2 as the Broncos placed the top four finishers. Anderson Kopp was second in the shot put at 40-0.75.
