Basketball Wins Capital City Tip-Off over Salpointe

Senior Braeden Speed scored a game-high 16 points in a 56-42 victory over Salpointe in the Capital City Tip-off Classic presented by Monarch Sports over Salpointe. 
Brophy (2-0) built an 18-10 lead in the first quarter behind Speed’s five points and five points from Luke Rehl, who finished with 13 points aided by three triples. Senior Nick Sanford added seven points and Kai Hogan and Ryan Burbach added five each in the win. 

Brophy continues the homestand on Tuesday with Sandra Day O'Connor The action starts at 4:00 p.m. with the Forsh game, followed by the junior varsity game at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity game at 7 p.m. All three games are streamed on the Brophy College Prep Livesteam YouTube page.
