
Jim Bopp
Jim Bopp holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Truman State University and a Master of Arts in Philosophy, Neuroscience, and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
Currently the Principal of Brophy College Preparatory, Jim has dedicated much of his career to Jesuit education. He first joined the Brophy community in 2005, teaching physics for eleven years while taking on expanding leadership roles as the Science Department Chair, Dean of Students, and Assistant Principal for Technology and Instruction.
A former Jesuit seminarian, Jim’s impact at Brophy includes leading the creation of the school's Innovation Commons. Prior to returning to Brophy in 2022, he also served as the principal of Creighton Preparatory School in Omaha, Nebraska for six years.
Jim and his wife, Mandy, are the proud parents of two sons and a daughter.
