Golf Wins Wolverines vs. the World Invitational in Orlando
Senior Asher Nelson shot a three-under-par 32 and senior Jack Langbein posted a two-under-par 33 to lead Brophy to a win over Apollo and Desert Vista at Phoenix Country Club. The Broncos totaled a one-under-par 139 for a 19-stroke victory over Desert Vista.
Sophomore Carlos Sugich recorded an even-par 35 in his first varsity match. Junior Hank Miller and senior Reid Monterosso each shot a 39.
Brophy will be in action against Apollo and Corona del Sol on Aug. 18 at Palmbrook Golf Course at 3 p.m.
