Want to follow the Activities and Athletics Calendars?
The Activities and Athletics Calendars are a reflection of life at Brophy. On any given day there is a multitude of events that occur from early morning through late evening that involve our students, faculty, staff and parents. The details of many of those events are subject to change. The Activities and Athletics Calendars are available online and will be updated as we are made aware of changes. The calendars are available through the Brophy website and, using an iCal file, will be accessible from virtually any mobile device, laptop or computer. At this link you will find a guide for your use in subscribing to the Brophy online calendars from your particular online calendar, whether you use Microsoft Outlook, Mac Calendar or Google Calendar. You should be able to print the calendar from these platforms as well; however, we recommend that you do not attempt to print anything more than a weekly version.
Lastly, here's the 2025-26 Important Dates Calendar
You can find this list on myBrophy, the website or click here. Remember, trips/family vacations must be scheduled around school holidays and breaks.
Any Brophy junior or senior interested in obtaining a parking permit to park on campus must organize his carpool prior to submitting an application. Sophomores who are interested in obtaining a parking permit may apply for a POP lot sticker (post office parking lot on Highland, east of Seventh Street). Completed applications will be reviewed by the Dean’s Office. Permits will be distributed during orientation in August.
Submission of a completed application does not guarantee that a student will receive a permit. Go to myBrophy > Resource Board > Dean’s Office > Student Parking Permits 2025-26, or click here to complete the form online and pay for your parking permit now. If you prefer to mail in your application, please print this form and mail to the Brophy Business Office at the address on the bottom of the form.
For All Parents and Students: Textbooks and Digital Resources for the 2025-26 School Year Most student textbooks and resources will be available for download on students’ MacBook Airs at no additional cost when the 2025-26 school year begins; however, for some classes, students will need to purchase a paper textbook through an online retailer. The complete list of textbooks and resources for next year is located here, and is also and is also accessible through myBrophy by going to the Student Portal or Parent Portal. The list was finalized on June 27, the last day of summer school. This gives students and parents several weeks to acquire any required texts. (There are online links to where purchases can be made for any required hard-copy books/textbooks.)
Note: No books should be purchased unless the course for which it is required is actually on the student’s schedule. If the course is an elective and the student is contemplating a schedule change, please do not purchase the book until his schedule is considered final. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that he has the proper texts and resources for each course he takes.
Caring for MacBook Airs Please talk to your son this summer about how he cares for his computer, encourage good practices and correct any poor habits before they lead to problems. Click here for tips and warranty information.
Technology Resources Website for Parents Parents have an online resource for information and tips about technology, screen time and parenting in a digital age. There is a wealth of research, best practices and suggestions available, and many of those resources have been gathered on this site. We encourage parents to explore what is available and talk to their sons this summer about technology use.
IMPORTANT: All team uniforms, spirit wear and ALL Brophy-branded apparel and merchandise must be designed following Brophy style guidelines and ordered through the Varsity Shop.
AIA Brainbook Concussion and Opioid Certifications The online certification for the Brainbook concussion and opioid education is required for all freshmen and transfer students prior to participation in practice or competition.
