Basketball Opens Section 7 with Redondo Union
The Brophy basketball team will open play in the 2023 Section 7 event against Redondo Union (Calif.) from Redondo Beach, Calif. on Friday at 6:15 p.m. on Court 10 in the opening round play of the NFHS Legacy Foundation bracket. The winner will play the winner between Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) and Capital Christian (Sacramento, Calif.) at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the loser returns to the court on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. versus the loser of the Rancho Cucamonga and Capital Christian.
Redondo Union went 20-10 last season.
