Swimming & Diving Defeats Highland 145-41
GILBERT, Ariz. - Brophy swimming and diving pulled off a huge win over Highland 145-41 on Thursday on the road. The Broncos touched 1,2,3 in seven out of eight individual events and went 1,2 in the 200 free and the 400 free relays.
Noah Swetlishoff dropped three seconds resulting in a personal-best time in the 100 freestyle, Vincent Ortega recorded a best time in the 100 breaststroke by two seconds and James Wood posted a best time in the 100 backstroke by 3 seconds.
Brophy hosts the Brophy/Xavier Invitational on Friday (diving) and Saturday (swimming) at the Reese Aquatic Center. Tickets are available on GoFan.co here.
