Career Exploration Night

Your son is invited to join us for Brophy’s first Career Exploration Night! More details will follow as the event gets closer, but save the date on your calendar for this fantastic opportunity to learn about a wide variety of careers from parents and alumni working in the field.

Mother-Son Beach Bash
Sunday, April 7, 5:30-8 p.m., Harper Great Hall
Moms: line up your spray-tan appointment and get your son’s “aloha” shirt ready for the best beach-in-the-desert party around. This event is for Junior and Senior boys and their moms only. You’ll enjoy a yummy dinner, games and tunes to get you dancing. An eBlast was distributed by Brophy last week. The cost is now $33 per person. Please contact Meghan Fable at with any questions.

Let’s Get Together Evening of Van Gogh and Vino
Monday, April 8, 6-8:30 p.m., Carrie Curran Art Studios
We may have a few spots left! Join us for a fun evening with Brophy Moms, as we gather to each paint a Van Gogh masterpiece (we promise it will be easy), chit chat and sip some vino. The cost is $50 per person and space is limited to 70 people. Please consider bringing some cash the night of the event, as we will collect financial donations to St. Mary’s Food Bank. Volunteers Needed for Freshman Hearing Screening
Wednesday, April 10, 8 a.m.-2:50 p.m., Brophy Art Gallery (Romley Hall Basement)
Can you help us that day? We need 15 parent volunteers! Even though Wednesday is a late start day, we ask that volunteers arrive by 8 a.m. for training and setup, and stay until 2:50 p.m. Training and lunch will be provided. Volunteers should bring reading material, as there will be some down time throughout the day, dress comfortably, and bring a sweater or jacket. Sign up here! It is a great day for freshmen moms or any volunteer who wants to spend some quality time with our Baby Broncos.

Brophy/Xavier Project Graduation - Save the Date

Senior moms, mark your calendars for Project Graduation. No senior will want to miss this last big blow out! The party is at CrackerJax, starting with check in at 7:30 p.m. at Brophy. Brophy Prayer Chain
The Brophy Prayer Group is committed to offering prayer support for anyone in the Brophy community who has a medical or personal concern. These Prayer Warriors are here for you in time of need, and also if you desire to send an intention for prayers. Prayer requests received will be shared by email with the prayer group, along with scripture that will inspire each person that participates. Each member will pray for the specific intention request in their own special way. Pray the Rosary

You gave us a lot to think about, and we appreciate Brophy’s thoughtful approach to the use of technology for and by our young men. From best practices to practical tips - even your tech prayer was spot on! Thank you for taking the time to prepare and present.
  • Thank you to all who attended the Lenten Prayer Service. We express our sincere gratitude to all who helped make the service and luncheon possible. Special thanks to Mr. Marcos Gonzales, SJ, OFJ; President Renke and Mr. Mark Granger for their inspiring reflections; Mr. Fisko for his beautiful musical accompaniments; our wonderful singers Jill Bagshaw and Reyva Murty, and the outstanding Honor Chorale directed by Mr. Olson.
