Book Club – Wednesday, Sept. 22, 6:30 p.m. (Sauce Pizza & Wine at 25 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix)

For those who like to read ahead, our October book is “Hour of the Witch” by Chris Bohjalian.

If you haven’t already, and would like to be added to our club list for monthly Evites to meetings, please contact us at brophymgbookclub@gmail.com.

Brophy Fall Blood Drive – Wednesday, Oct. 6, Specific Appointment Times, Robson Gym
Let’s roll up our sleeves and save some lives! Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood and each pint of donated blood we collect can help save up to three lives. This constant need for blood can only be met by generous donors like you.

Parents and students (16 years and older) are encouraged to make an appointment to aid in social distancing. You can visit this link to register and enter "bcp" as the code. Any student who is 16 or 17 must have a signed permit. 18-year-old students and adults do not need a permit.

Contact information Meghan Quinn at fitzrn2@aol.com or Rachel Douglas at rachelbdouglas@comcast.net with questions.

Mothers’ Guild General Meeting – Thursday, Oct. 14, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Harper Great Hall
Fortitude has been defined as “mental power of endurance; patient courage under affliction, firmness in confronting danger, hardship or suffering.” Does that sound like how you and your family handle a stressful Tuesday evening? Me either. Join us in October for our general meeting where Jim Welty, Brophy alumni and current teacher, will share his thoughts on fortitude in 2021.
