Lunch Presentation
Pamela Hamilton, Editor Edible Phoenix

Ms. Pamela Hamilton, Publisher of the award winning Edible Phoenix magazine, will address the student body and Brophy Mothers’ Guild in a special lunchtime presentation.  Ms. Hamilton will discuss the importance of connecting with local agriculture for the well being of individuals, families and the community at large.  She also will introduce Community Supported Agriculture (CSA’s) and the Slow Food Movement and how all of these seemingly independent topics are connected to the larger picture of climate change and sustainability.
