Below are the important dates and other information regarding scheduling for next year. Students also received this information via the scheduling assembly on January 21^st and were emailed this information following that presentation. Additionally, this information, as well as the course catalog and Honors and Advanced Placement information can be found on Blackboard under “Scheduling Information.”

Honors and Advanced Placement Classes

The deadline for applying to Honors or Advanced Placement courses has passed. Students will see their placements when they login to NetClassroom between February 17^th and the 22^nd to request their electives for the 2012-2013 school year. A reminder that all placement decisions are made by the department chairs and questions about the application process, coursework, and placement should be directed to the appropriate department chair.

Core Academic Courses

Course placements will be loaded into NetClassroom by February 17^th for the student to review, but these will only be changed during the student’s meeting with his counselor.

Electives

Students will have between February 17^th at 3:00 p.m. and February 22^nd at 9:00 a.m. to select their electives via NetClassroom. After this date, students will only be able to change their request through their counselor.

Counselor Meetings

Each student will meet with his counselor to discuss their schedule for the 2012-2013 school year. These meetings will take place between February 22^nd and April 20^th.
