Loyola Academy

Where Scholars go to school because they WANT to!

Every Child Deserves An Opportunity

Brophy’s Loyola Academy provides a Catholic, Jesuit education to 6th, 7th and 8th grade boys who demonstrate academic promise but have had limited educational opportunities. Loyola Academy currently serves 77 boys in 6th, 7th and 8th grade. A new sixth grade class will be admitted for the 2014/2015 school year.

Honoring Hunter Holben ’15

To honor their son Hunter Holben ’15, Brophy parents Ken Bates and Nancy Holben Bates brought friends together to share the good things happening at Loyola Academy. Mrs. Bates spoke poignantly about Hunter’s life and how this past year she has been privileged to spend time on a weekly basis with the 6th grade scholars in their religion class. “…if I can help change one life, it will honor Hunter.”
