Varsity sprinters/jumpers/hurdlers - will practice at 1:00 tomorrow (Friday). School is scheduled to be out at 12:05 - so grap a light lunch or get some homework done and then we will start our warm-up at 1:00 at the track. The region meet information is attached. We are in the Fiesta Region. These are not lane assignments yet - just time schedule and RULES!
