Red Team: July 2008 Archives

Hi all! Here are some notes for this week..

1) First off, Congrats to all the swimmers on a successful Age Group State Championship!!!!! We beat SAC by 8 points! This really shows that every swimmer and every relay matters in the point total. Now that we are Champions, there will be more people coming after us...we will need to make sure we keep rising every year!

2) I am just trying to get an idea of who will be around to swim in the Season Finale (August 2^nd and 3^rd). If you will not be attending, please let me know asap. I already have the following swimmers NOT attending:

Audrey, Allison and Kevin Mann

Cal Higgins

Martin Cardenas

Ben Bonfiglio (attending Saturday only)

3) Practice Schedules for the rest of summer....

            * Friday, July 25^th - 9:00 - 10:30am

            * Saturday, July 26^th - 8:00 - 9:30am

            * Monday, July 28^th - 9:30 - 11:00am

            * Tuesday, July 29^th - 10:00 - 11:00am

            * Wednesday, July 30^th - 10:00 - 11:00am

            * Thursday, July 31^st  - 10:00 - 11:00am

            * Friday, August 1^st - 10:00 - 11:00am

4) BEST Team break starts Monday, August 4^th. We will resume practice for Red on Wednesday, August 20^th. I will let swimmers and parent know in the next week who will be moving to another group in the Fall.
