Fill out the order form and fax or mail in payment. IF YOU ARE USING A CREDIT CARD AS PAYMENT: Our new security features require your your billing address with zip code, do not forget to include. Transcript orders will not be taken with out payment & order form. Allow approximately 72 hours for delivery.

Diplomas re-orders can take up to three months to reproduce.
