In order to register for the 2010-2011 school year, all new and returning students must complete the registration process and submit deposits and required documents by the appropriate dates. At any point in the process, contact registration@brophyprep.org if you have questions.
NOTE:
Failure to submit the information through the Registration Module will indicate that your son is not planning on returning to Brophy next year, and his spot may be given to someone on the current wait-list.
The registration process detailed below is not the same as the students selecting their classes with their counselors.
STUDENT DIRECTORY DEADLINE
All returning students must have submitted the online registration by March 19th to be included in the 2010-2011 Student Directory.
You are considered “submitted” after you click the GREEN SUBMIT BUTTON in your online registration record. After you click the GREEN SUBMIT BUTTON, you can log back in to see the Submit Date field populated. Check your data carefully because YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR DATA AFTER CLICKING THE GREEN SUBMIT BUTTON.
You can return to the registration module to review your submission and to track your progress at anytime, AGAIN, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHANGE YOUR DATA AFTER YOU SUBMIT. If you have any questions, email registration@brophyprep.org
All current members of the Classes of 2011, 2012, and 2013 who plan to return to Brophy next year must follow this link to reserve a place in next year’s class.

For all placements exams, check in between 3:15 and 3:30 PM outside of the Admissions Office.
Algebra and Geometry Placement:
Students who have taken, or are currently taking Algebra, and want to test out of Algebra, must take the Algebra placement test. Student achievement will dictate the level of math for next year, either Honors Geometry or Geometry. Students who do not demonstrate mastery in Algebra will be placed in either Honors Algebra or Algebra based on the scores from the placement test, the scores from the Brophy Entrance Exam taken in January, and a student’s academic record from 7th and 8th grade.
Honors Biology Placement:
Students who have strong math skills and a passion for science are encouraged to take the Science Placement Exam for Honors Biology. This test will be given at the conclusion of the Algebra Placement Exam. Placement into Honors Biology will be based on the student’s results on the Science and Algebra placements exams, the Brophy Entrance Exam, as well as the student’s past academic record from 7th and 8th grade.
Spanish and Latin Placement:
Students who wish to place out of Spanish I or Latin I will take placement tests on either March 24th or 30th. Based on these results, students will be placed into the following courses: Honors Spanish II, Spanish II, or Spanish I and for Latin, either Honors Latin II, Latin II or Latin I.
